court-related proceedings, such as: - Family law, such dissolution of marriage and name change proceedings, including preparation of formal petitions and other related documents. - Probate and guardianship matters including the administration of formal, family and summary estate proceedings or representation of guardians and/or wards in minor and mental health proceedings. - Commercial litigation, such as collection
